Our Refund and Return Policy is designed to offer a clear and transparent resolution process for such scenarios.


✅ 1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are allowed only under the following conditions:

a. Wrong Item Delivered

  • If you receive a product that does not match your order (e.g., different brand, wrong dosage), you are eligible for a 100% refund or a replacement.

  • Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

b. Damaged, Expired, or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, expired, or defective medicine, we will initiate a full refund or exchange.

  • Upload clear images as evidence when submitting the request through our app or website.

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

c. Incomplete Orders

  • If your order is missing any item that was billed, we will either re-deliver the missing product or refund the corresponding amount.


❌ 2. Ineligible Items for Refund/Return

Certain products are non-returnable to maintain hygiene, legal, and safety standards:

a. Opened or Used Products

  • Medicines that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund unless proven to be damaged or incorrect.

b. Refrigerated Medicines

  • These include insulin, vaccines, and other temperature-sensitive items.

  • Returns are only accepted if the wrong refrigerated product was delivered.

  • We do not accept returns for correct refrigerated medicines due to storage sensitivity and risk of contamination.

c. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as non-returnable during checkout

  • Items bought under “No Return” offers

  • Prescription-based medicines unless they fall under the above eligible scenarios


🔁 3. Refund Process

Once a refund request is validated, we ensure a fast and secure reimbursement process.

a. Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet).

b. Refund Method

  • If you paid online: Refund is made to your original source account.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via bank transfer or wallet after confirming your bank details.

c. Conditions for Refund Approval

  • Your refund request will only be approved if:

    • The item is eligible

    • It’s reported within the allowed time window

    • Proof is provided (photos, prescription, order details)


📲 4. Return Request Instructions

Follow these easy steps to initiate a return from the Pharmswift App or Website:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Navigate to the Order History section

  3. Select the order you’d like to return

  4. Click on “Return Item”

  5. Provide a reason for the return and upload images (if applicable)

  6. Submit the return request

Pickup & Packaging:
  • If your return is approved, a pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.

  • Ensure the product is packed properly in its original packaging and unopened/sealed condition.


⚠️ Important Notes
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 calendar days of receiving the order.

  • Products not meeting our return conditions will be rejected and not eligible for refunds.

  • We reserve the right to decline return requests that violate our policy or lack proper evidence.
