✅ 1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns are allowed only under the following conditions:
a. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a product that does not match your order (e.g., different brand, wrong dosage), you are eligible for a 100% refund or a replacement.

Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
b. Damaged, Expired, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, or defective medicine, we will initiate a full refund or exchange.

Upload clear images as evidence when submitting the request through our app or website.

Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
c. Incomplete Orders

If your order is missing any item that was billed, we will either re-deliver the missing product or refund the corresponding amount.
❌ 2. Ineligible Items for Refund/Return
Certain products are non-returnable to maintain hygiene, legal, and safety standards:
a. Opened or Used Products

Medicines that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund unless proven to be damaged or incorrect.
b. Refrigerated Medicines

These include insulin, vaccines, and other temperature-sensitive items.

Returns are only accepted if the wrong refrigerated product was delivered.

We do not accept returns for correct refrigerated medicines due to storage sensitivity and risk of contamination.
c. Non-Returnable Items

Once a refund request is validated, we ensure a fast and secure reimbursement process.
a. Processing Time

The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet).
b. Refund Method

If you paid online: Refund is made to your original source account.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via bank transfer or wallet after confirming your bank details.
c. Conditions for Refund Approval

Follow these easy steps to initiate a return from the Pharmswift App or Website:

Navigate to the Order History section

Select the order you’d like to return

Click on “Return Item”

Provide a reason for the return and upload images (if applicable)

Submit the return request
Pickup & Packaging:

If your return is approved, a pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.

Ensure the product is packed properly in its original packaging and unopened/sealed condition.
