C Tax O Forte Dry Syrup 50ml is a higher-strength pediatric antibiotic suspension containing Cefotaxime, a third-generation cephalosporin. It is indicated for respiratory tract infections, otitis media, and urinary tract infections in children. The dry syrup must be reconstituted with clean water before use and shaken well prior to each dose.
