Mometasone, a corticosteroid, reduces redness, swelling, and itching by suppressing inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Tretinoin, a retinoid, accelerates skin cell renewal, helping exfoliate the outer layers and allowing even-toned skin to surface. Apply this cream once daily at night to clean, dry skin on the affected facial areas only, avoiding contact with eyes, nose, and mouth.
