AZRO 500mg Tablet is formulated with Azithromycin, an antibiotic effective against a variety of bacterial pathogens. It is prescribed for respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and ear, nose, and throat infections. The 500mg strength is ideal for short-course therapies, often requiring just a few days of treatment. This macrolide antibiotic halts bacterial growth by blocking protein synthesis. It is taken once daily, with or without food, as directed by a physician. Patients should not skip doses and must complete the entire course to ensure eradication of the infection and reduce the risk of antibiotic resistance.
