Pharmswift is committed to offering users a safe, fast, and reliable medicine delivery experience. To achieve this, we rely on our network of trusted local vendors and pharmacies. This Vendor Policy outlines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for all vendors associated with the Pharmswift platform.
By registering and operating as a vendor on Pharmswift, you agree to comply with the guidelines and terms described below.
📝 1. Vendor Registration & Eligibility
To ensure only verified and professional sellers operate on the platform, vendors must:
Submit a valid Pharmacy License authorized by state or central regulatory authorities.
Provide a valid GSTIN and comply with all applicable tax regulations.
Submit KYC documents, including PAN, Aadhaar, and business proof.
Agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined in Pharmswift’s Vendor Agreement.
Appoint a designated point of contact for order handling and customer communication.
Failure to maintain updated business documents or providing falsified information may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
✅ 2. Quality & Compliance Standards
To maintain trust and compliance with national laws, vendors are required to:
a. Product Integrity
Sell only authentic, non-expired, government-approved medicines.
Strictly prohibit the listing of:
Expired medicines
Counterfeit or unverified drugs
Narcotic and Schedule X drugs without valid prescriptions
b. Listing Accuracy
Ensure all product listings include:
Correct name, brand, salt composition
Accurate pricing and available quantity
Real images (no copyright violations)
c. Legal Compliance
Adhere to guidelines under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Comply with applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, GST Law, and IT Act.
📦 3. Order Fulfillment & Customer Service
A fast and reliable delivery experience is key to user satisfaction. Vendors are expected to:
a. Order Processing
Accept and process orders immediately upon receipt.
Maintain inventory accuracy to avoid cancellations or stock-outs.
Deliver medicines within the promised timeframe (typically within 10–30 minutes).
b. Packaging & Handling
Pack medicines safely and label orders properly.
Ensure temperature-sensitive items (e.g., insulin) are shipped with proper cold-chain packaging.
c. Customer Interaction
Be professional, courteous, and prompt when interacting with users via calls or messages.
Resolve customer issues proactively and avoid confrontation or misinformation.
Repeated delivery failures, customer complaints, or negligence may result in penalties, reduced visibility, or suspension.
💳 4. Payment & Disbursement
All transactions are processed through Pharmswift’s integrated payment system. Vendors must understand and agree to the following:
Pharmswift collects payment on behalf of vendors.
The net payable amount (after deducting commission, transaction fees, and taxes) is disbursed weekly or monthly, based on the vendor’s payout schedule.
In case of incorrect banking details or disputes, payouts may be delayed until resolution.
Vendors are responsible for managing tax compliance and reporting earnings as per GST and Income Tax regulations.
🚫 5. Suspension & Termination
Pharmswift reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor account at any time, without prior notice, for:
Selling unauthorized or harmful medicines
Repeated customer complaints or delivery failures
Data misuse, breach of confidentiality, or security violations
Failure to comply with healthcare, tax, or platform guidelines
Suspended accounts will not be eligible for new orders and may be permanently blacklisted based on the severity of the violation.
To appeal a suspension or to request reinstatement, vendors must email contact@pharmswift.in with supporting documents and proof of corrective action.
🔒 6. Data Security & Confidentiality
As a Pharmswift vendor, you may have access to customer details necessary for order fulfillment. Vendors must:
Use customer data strictly for order-related purposes
Not store, copy, misuse, or share customer prescriptions or contact information
Report any suspected data breach to Pharmswift immediately
Violations of data protection may result in penalties, legal action, and termination of vendor privileges.
📣 7. Marketing & Promotions
Vendors are encouraged to run offers and promotions through Pharmswift. However:
Promotions must be pre-approved by Pharmswift admin
Vendors must not engage in false advertising or price manipulation
Fake discounts or misleading “MRP” comparisons are prohibited
Repeated abuse of promotional systems may lead to restriction of marketing privileges.
