Welcome to Pharmswift – India’s rapid medicine delivery platform, where we connect users with nearby licensed pharmacies to ensure your healthcare needs are met quickly, securely, and reliably.
By accessing or using the Pharmswift mobile application or website (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
✅ 1. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Pharmswift services.
Users under 18 must use the platform under supervision of a legal guardian or parent.
You agree to use the platform only for legal, lawful, and medically appropriate purposes.
Pharmswift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse or illegal activity is suspected.
📦 2. Product Orders
All product orders are subject to availability, verification, and acceptance by the vendor.
We do not guarantee product availability at all times.
Certain medicines, including Schedule H, H1, and X drugs, require a valid prescription.
You agree to upload authentic prescriptions and allow Pharmswift to verify it with authorized pharmacists.
Orders may be canceled or modified by vendors due to stock issues, medical regulation, or delivery constraints.
💳 3. Payments
Pharmswift supports secure online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select locations, based on vendor preference.
You agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout, inclusive of taxes and applicable fees.
Pharmswift uses PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to ensure secure transactions.
If a transaction fails but your account is debited, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
🚚 4. Delivery & Returns
Pharmswift offers superfast delivery (10–30 minutes) depending on your location and vendor proximity.
However, delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by:
Traffic or weather conditions
Public holidays or local restrictions
Order volumes or vendor availability

You agree that Pharmswift is not liable for delays, missed deliveries, or out-of-stock items from vendors.
🛒 5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is accepted or dispatched by the vendor.
Orders that are already dispatched cannot be canceled.
Pharmswift and vendors reserve the right to cancel orders for:
Invalid prescriptions
Payment issues
Suspicious activity
Unserviceable delivery areas
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
🛑 6. Prohibited Activities
While using the platform, you agree NOT to:
Upload fake or forged prescriptions
Attempt to misuse the system for bulk or commercial buying
Tamper with the app’s software or delivery operations
Share or sell medicines delivered via Pharmswift
Post offensive, abusive, or misleading content or reviews
Violations will lead to immediate suspension or legal action, depending on severity.
⚖️ 7. Liability Disclaimer
Pharmswift acts as a technology enabler that connects users with licensed pharmacies.
We do not manufacture, store, or physically handle medicines.
We are not responsible for:
Quality or authenticity of medicines (vendor responsibility)
Vendor errors in packing or stock updates
Courier partner delays, damages, or losses
Any disputes over prescriptions, side effects, or medicine usage should be addressed with your doctor or pharmacist.
🔐 8. Data Privacy
Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
Personal information (name, contact, prescriptions) is shared only with vendors and delivery agents involved in fulfilling your order.
You may request deletion or correction of your data at any time.
📩 9. Communication Consent
By using our platform, you consent to receive communications via:
SMS, email, push notifications, or phone calls related to your orders
Promotional offers (you may opt-out anytime)

Pharmswift reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be published on the app and website.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
